Welcome to Blu Royal Rides LLC. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Services Provided

Blu Royal Rides LLC provides luxury chauffeur and black car services including airport transfers, cruise terminal transfers, hourly charters, and city tours.

2. Reservations & Payments

• All rides must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or authorized booking form.

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in writing.

• We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled ride will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must follow all safety instructions from the chauffeur.

• Seat belts are required at all times.

• No smoking or illegal substances are permitted in the vehicle.

• Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle beyond normal wear.

5. Blu Royal Rides LLC Rights

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services (such as contact details and booking information). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Data Deletion

To request data deletion, please follow our Data Deletion Instructions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Blu Royal Rides LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the ride in question.
