These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by Blu Royal Rides LLC (“Blu Royal Rides,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including transportation services, booking systems, driver applications, and communication services.

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Overview

​

Blu Royal Rides provides luxury ground transportation services, including but not limited to:

• Airport transfers

• Corporate transportation

• Special event transportation

• Hourly chauffeur services

We also provide a platform through which individuals may request to become drivers affiliated with Blu Royal Rides.

2. Booking and Reservations

​

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

By submitting a booking request, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete

• Pricing may vary based on distance, time, and service type

• A booking is not confirmed until accepted by Blu Royal Rides

Blu Royal Rides reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its sole discretion.

 

3. Payments

Payment for services may be processed through third-party providers (e.g., Square or similar platforms).

• Invoices may be sent electronically

• Payment is required prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed

• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking

 

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

​

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup may be eligible for a full refund

• Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to fees

• No-shows may be charged the full service amount

Blu Royal Rides reserves the right to apply reasonable cancellation fees.

 

5. User Responsibilities

​

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup and contact information

• Be ready at the scheduled pickup time

• Treat vehicles and drivers with respect

Blu Royal Rides reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate, unsafe, or unlawful behavior.

6. Driver Applications

​

Individuals applying to become drivers must:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Meet all licensing, insurance, and legal requirements

• Pass any background or eligibility checks required by Blu Royal Rides

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Blu Royal Rides reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.

 

7. SMS and Communication Services

Blu Royal Rides may utilize SMS and communication systems for operational purposes, including:

• Booking confirmations

• Service updates

• Internal voicemail notifications

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Users may opt out of SMS communications where applicable by replying STOP, or request assistance by replying HELP.

8. Limitation of Liability

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blu Royal Rides shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

• Service interruptions due to third-party providers

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

9. Third-Party Services

​

We may rely on third-party services (including payment processors, communication platforms, and mapping services). Blu Royal Rides is not responsible for failures or interruptions caused by such providers.

10. Privacy

​

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use personal information.

11. Changes to Terms

​

Blu Royal Rides reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
